Summary: Monition following an inquisition to Thomas de Cresaker to pay ten quarters of wheat annually to two anchorites of Doncaster, one of them being Beatrix de Hokeshake, nun of Coldstream, St Andrews diocese, who, having gained a licence from Thomas [Corbridge], archbishop of York, lived as an anchorite in a house by the bridge of Doncaster, founded as a house for two anchorites by the ancestors of Sir William FitzWilliam, knight.
