| Summary: | King's Bench writ ordering that Thomas Bardolf be allowed to present to the priory of Shelford. William Bardolf had recovered the advowson against Adam de Everingham in 1258, but Thomas Bardolf had complained that another Adam de Everingham had unjustly dispossessed him. Everingham was summoned before the king's justices to defend his right, but was unsuccessful (insert). |
