Summary:	Appropriation by the abbot and convent of St Mary, Leicester, which has been impoverished as it is situated next to the royal highway and often bears the burden of hospitality for nobles and other men, and has suffered due to the pestilence, of the churches of Humberstone (Humberston) and Hungarton (Hungerton) with the dependent chapel of Ingersby (Ingwardeby), and union of the churches, together with the ordination of the vicarages by Archbishop Thoresby, pursuant to a bull of Pope Clement VI licensing the appropriation to Archbishop Zouche and an inquisition convened by Zouche to establish the true value etc. (details given) [unfinished].
