Summary:	Certification by the chapter of York of receipt and confirmation of a commission of the archbishop (recited), dated at the archbishop's castle of Cawood, 18 January 1405, to expedite an exchange of benefices proposed between Henry Thorlethorp [Tholthorpe], parson of the chantry at the altar of St John the Evangelist, York Minster, and William Patryngton [Patrington], parson of the chantry at the altar of the Holy Innocents, York Minster, informing the archbishop that the chapter had carried out William's institution to the chantry at the altar of St John the Evangelist.
