Summary: Notification to the chapter of Southwell that although John quondam Humberti de Monte Claro (John Humberti) [John son of the late Humbert de Monte Claro], clerk, canon and prebendary of the prebend which Master John de Feraria lately held in Southwell Minster, had been ordered to rebuild the houses and buildings belonging to the prebend by the next visitation of the archbishop, on pain of five marks, he was not to be forced to rebuild or repair them until he had receipt the profits of the prebend, which had not yet occurred.
