Summary: Collation of the chantry of the altar of St Michael in York Minster to Master Philip Mauleverer of Bolton, poor clerk of York diocese, priest, on papal provision to a benefice in the presentation of the dean and chapter of York, following receipt of a papal bull of Pope Clement V (recited), dated at Lyons, 27 January 1306, stating that Master Philip had been examined by Master Onofrio (Onufrius) de Trebis, dean of Meaux; Master Alan Venator, schoolmaster (scholasticus) of the church of Angers, and Brother Arnold Fradeti, Dominican friar, papal chaplains, and found suitable to hold a benefice; with an order to the dean and chapter for his induction (two entries).
