| Summary: | Mandate to Master John de la Launde, rector of Arnold (Arnale), official of the archdeacon of Nottingham, stating that he was writing to Master Robert de Clareburg [Clarborough] to order him to return the seals of office and all precepts in his possession to Launde immediately, since he understands that Master John de Grandisono [Grandisson] [archdeacon of Nottingham], had not yet been consecrated as bishop of Exeter. Memorandum that on the same day Clareburgh was ordered to deliver the seal of office. |
