Summary: Appointment of Norwich, Fieschi, Petri, Thormarton and Settrington as proctors and envoys to object for the king against Zouche, pretending to be archbishop-elect of York, as he has not sought or received royal assent to his election. It is claimed that he acted fraudulently in his royal offices, concealed treasure, and has not been released from the bonds taken on his appointments, and also that he killed William, son of Katharine de Lutheburgh, before the election, and was found guilty by inquisition.
