Summary:	Exemplification, at the request of Bek, of a gaol delivery session held at Lincoln Castle on the Friday after Assumption 14 Edward III, before Byroun and Trehampton [details of appointments], who were to find and punish those who committed a burglary at the chamber of Thoresby at Nettleton and killed John Man at Caistor. Bek was indicted by a jury of the North Riding of Lindsey of the death of John Man of Cabourne at Caistor. He claimed benefit of clergy, and was claimed by the ordinary of the bishop of Lincoln. Jury summoned anyway, said that he was not guilty, and therefore he was to go quit.
