Also notes the admission of Neville on 30 October 1352, in response to a royal writ (recited) of 4 Sept. 1352, the dispute with Galardi, and the admission of Dalton by his proctor on 28 Aug 136[...], on the death of Neville. On 11 July 1371, Brandon was admitted by proctor after the death of Dalton. |

Balaeto had claimed to be owed money by Bishop Bek towards the subsidy for the Holy Land, which had not been paid at the time of Bek's death, including a legacy of 1000 marks from the will of Sir John de Vescy, knight (details given). |
