Summary:	Licence for Richard Elvet, dean of the collegiate church of St Mary, Newarke in Leicester, to found a chantry of one chaplain in that church for the good estate of the king and John Elvet, and the souls of the king's father and Constance; with grant to Richard of the advowson of Arnold, which the king had of the grant of John, and licence to appropriate it in mortmain to fund the chaplains, provided a vicarage be endowed; with licence for the prior and convent of Launde to release a pension of 4 marks to the dean and chapter.
