Summary:	The Gilbertine prior and convent of St Andrew outside York requests: firstly that they receive compensation for stone worth 6 marks, bought for work on their church, taken by Wyrcestre in the time of the king's father for work on York castle; and secondly that their lands in the North and East Ridings, and their rents in York, be reassessed for the recent tenths to the king and his father, since their lands in the North Riding have been burnt by the Scots, their livestock driven away, and they are greatly impoverished. Response that the first request be put before the king and council, and that the archbishop of York re-assess the prior's temporalities.
