Note:	The testator leaves a legacy to his son Zachary when Master of Arts or practice as a barrister. He mentions a cup bearing a motto in Greek, and gives several alternatives for mottoes in Latin for rings. He advises his children not to intermarry with 'recusants or other profane or irreligious persons'. He also leaves an annuity for the lame child of a curate.
