2 . TNA - CCR 1330-3, p.355

Summary:	Order to Archbishop Melton to proceed in the presentation of Gerard to the church of Ratcliffe on Soar by the prior of Norton, notwithstanding the king's previous prohibition until it was decided whether the advowson pertained to the prior or to Lestraunge, who has presented Wetewang. Lestraunge has now acknowledged in chancery that he has no right on this occasion, and the prior has the presentation.
