Summary:	Commission to Brother William de Lobenham [Lubenham], clerk, professor of theology, and Master Simon de Bekyngham [Beckingham], clerk, learned in the law, to enquire into reports concerning difficulties in transferring the bodies of the dead from the chapel of Windermere (Wynandermer) to the mother church at Kendal (Kirkeby in Kendal), and to make suitable remedy, since the chapel of Windermere is sixteen miles from Kendal, separated by mountains and rocks, and, especially during winter storms, some bodies are arriving broken and others are being thrown into caves and rivers.
