Summary:	Adam de Thorp, canon of York Minster, requests the summoning into Chancery of an indictment before Fulthorp and other justices of oyer and terminer, brought at the suit of Archbishop Neville against him, Neuton and Proktour for a trespass allegedly committed in the hay of Langwith, as it is prejudicial to the king and the prince of Wales. This hay was amortized to the dean and chapter of York by Edward I, but the archbishop has now entered it, and his servants have inflicted various grievances. He requests a remedy for himself and the dean and chapter.
