Summary: Commission to Heselrig and Sancto Quintino to enquire in Yorkshire into the actions of Cartwryght and other jurors in a suit before the archbishop of York's bailiffs of Beverley between Goldsmyth and Rednesse regarding Rednesse's withdrawal from Goldsmyth's service. Tyrwhit has sued them under the statute of 38 Edward III against jurors receiving bribes from parties, alleging they took gifts from both parties, and the jurors are now threatening Tyrwhit, preventing him from pursuing this.
