Note:	It has not been possible to identify 'Grenelay', and there may be scribal errors in the entry. The form would be consistent with Gringley on the Hill, Nottinghamshire, but that was an appropriated church with a vicar, and the entry was clearly assigned to Richmond archdeaconry.
