Summary:	Order to the dean and chapter of York, as guardians of the spirituality of the archbishopric during the vacancy, not to meddle with the grammar schools in the hospital of St Leonard, York, or anything else pertaining to the hospital, as the hospital is a royal foundation and free from ordinary jurisdiction, in the authority of the king and his chancellor. The king understands that they intend to implead Marton, master of the grammar schools, from holding those schools, and have summoned him before them to show his title to hold them.
