Summary:	FitzWalter thanks Bedwyn for his recent letter, and notifies him that Teste has promised the earl of Lincoln, Sandale and himself that he will not trouble Bedwyn over the treasurership, in return for the fruits of one year. FitzWalter suggests that Bedwyn accept this proposal.

Summary:	Commission of oyer and terminer to Mauleverer, Hoperton and Deyvill to investigate a complaint by Melton. Melton stated that he has return of writs within his liberty of Ripon, and his bailiff Warrener, on a writ from the king for the levy of debts due to the king, seized and impounded the beasts of Ilketon and others. However, Ilketon and others broke the pound and took the beasts, entered the archbishop's dwelling place and took his goods, and assaulted Warrener and others.
