Summary:	Certification from the archbishop to the prior of Southwark St Mary of the collection of procurations for the papal legates to the kings of France and England. He gives details of the collection in the vacant diocese of Carlisle, has transmitted the legates' request to the bishop of Durham, but cannot act in the bishopric of Whithorn, as it is occupied by the Scots.
