There is also a note in a 19th century hand of a case in the Exchequer between Benjamin John Wetherell and Robert Bellwood and others, as well as other parties, including mention of a bill of revivor dated 25 October 1838, which caused this register to be produced as evidence.

Note:	It is possible that the other church mentioned may be Owston in Leicestershire, though that was usually spelled as 'Osulveston' or similar at this time.
